Miles Steininger, based in Vancouver, explores British Columbia in his aging Toyota Land Cruiser. His commitment to fair treatment for both road users and property owners inspired him to co-found PAPS. With a background in photogrammetry and archival research, Miles applies these skills to public access advocacy. Professionally, he works as a patent agent.

Llora lives on a small, mountain-side acreage in rural BC. She enjoys hunting, homesteading and exploring all the beauty the province has to offer. Llora joined PAPS after a neighbour experienced a medical emergency, and paramedics were delayed in responding due to a public road closure.
