​Lindsay Kenny, has been a taxpayer since she was old enough to punch a clock, but legally unable to vote. Today, she is a unionized Red Seal electrician. Her own harrowing experiences using BC public roads inspired her to co-found PAPS.

Miles Steininger, based in Vancouver, explores British Columbia in his aging Toyota Land Cruiser. His commitment to fair treatment for both road users and property owners inspired him to co-found PAPS. With a background in photogrammetry and archival research, Miles applies these skills to public access advocacy. Professionally, he works as a patent agent.

​Llora lives on a small, mountain-side acreage in rural BC. She enjoys hunting, homesteading and exploring all the beauty the province has to offer. Llora joined PAPS after a neighbour experienced a medical emergency, and paramedics were delayed in responding due to a public road closure.
